An emotional compilation of electronic bliss reminiscent of our early-morning sessions in the bringthebeats underground. Artists include RÜFÜS DU SOL, 16BL, Sebastian Davidson, Armin van Buuren, Sasha, Henry Saiz and Daft Punk.
Our bringthebeats crew mastered the after party. After each thrilling night at the club, we had an equally memorable time in someone’s home (often ours). The decks spread across a kitchen island and the furniture rearranged to form a chill-out space with just enough room for a dance floor.
This is where our personal maestro unveiled selections not appropriate for the nightclub, but perfect for our unending effervescence. We were purposely lulled into our chairs, and then lifted to life by stunning melodies and gorgeous vocals. It was never about pace, always beauty.
For the BTB crew, this playlist will be retrospective, with many artists who inspired and touched the movement in unforgettable ways. The Sasha edit of “Every Love That Ever Was” encapsulates every emotion we felt in those glory days. And “Clarity” a couple tracks later confirms the puppet master will always find ways to pull our strings.
A special note to Solid Sessions – “Janeiro.” A young girl who sparked a twinkle in my eye in our early clubbing days adores this song in all its forms. We discovered it within one of those legendary early morning sessions and our love affair—in all its forms— continues to this day.

I live out my lifelong DJ dream through these beats playlists. Of course, without the actual skills of one. But with the crossfade on (see below), I think you’ll agree, the flow is pretty tight. It’s all about the programming and I’ve spent many late nights (and early mornings) trying to figure that skill out.
CHILLbeats are the reason our after parties are usually a touch of class above the actual party. These tracks may not make the cut for the dance floor, but they melt the living room from the early, early morning to whenever you’re forced to go to bed.
